Payment options
What payment options do we offer?
PayPal
You can pay via PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also check out as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Further information can be found at www.paypal.de .
Shipping & Packaging
Which shipping companies do we work with?
Within Germany we ship with DPD and the Post Office, within Europe with DPD and DHL and internationally with FedEx.
Do we offer express shipping?
Goods that are ready for dispatch by 11:00 am can be delivered by express parcel service by the following working day for an additional charge.
For customers who are in a particular hurry, we can gladly arrange delivery via courier service – of course, for an additional charge.
Do you also ship neutrally to our customers?
Upon request, we will ship your items directly to your customers in neutral packaging without a return address.
Do you ship neutrally to our customers using our delivery documents?
Yes, no problem. You send us your documents and we will equip the neutral shipment as requested.
Name tags
Do we have a template that can be used to label the paper inserts?
For labeling our paper inserts, Word templates are available for download on the website under "Downloads".
Is it possible to have the paper inserts printed with "our" name on perforated DIN A4 sheets?
We offer a printing service for your name list and can personalize your paper inserts for an additional charge.
Is it possible to print the paper inserts with our own logo?
Upon request, we can also print your logo on the paper inserts using offset printing for an additional charge.
In what data format must the print templates be delivered?
We prefer vectorized EPS, PDF or Illustrator files.
Do specific color specifications need to be provided before printing?
Please specify the Pantone or HKS color codes for the desired colors, if possible.
How long is the delivery time for printed and unprinted goods?
For unprinted goods, we deliver within 2-5 working days, and for printed goods, within 5-10 working days.
Can I receive a proof/advance sample?
Yes, for a fee.
Can I get a proof?
You will receive a proof showing the exact position of your logo free of charge after placing your order.
Where can I find prices?
Prices for our end consumers are visible in our shop, but we would also be happy to send you our price list or create a customized offer for you.

What templates do we need for production?
Ideally, vectorized EPS or Illustrator files are required. The use of JPG files must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do specific color specifications need to be given before production?
Please specify the Pantone or HKS color codes for the desired colors, if possible.
How long is the delivery time?
Printed versions are delivered in approximately 15 working days, embossed versions in approximately 20 working days or by arrangement.
